When Solo60 set out to develop its largest training facility to date, the ambition was clear: four highly distinctive boutique training spaces within a single site. Each with its own identity, yet united by a cohesive, premium aesthetic. Building on a successful partnership established on previous Solo60 sites, IndigoFitness was appointed to design, manufacture and deliver a fully bespoke solution that would set a new benchmark for high-end training spaces.

The Situation

The challenge was to create four highly distinctive, unique training spaces that could support different class concepts and training styles, while maintaining a consistent, refined brand language throughout the facility.

Each space needed custom cable and accessory storage that could act as a functional hub, without consuming valuable floor space or interrupting the visual flow of the room.

Every piece of equipment had to be custom branded and finished to align precisely with Solo60’s design vision. Down to metalwork, upholstery and detailing.

Solo60 required a single supplier capable of designing and manufacturing bespoke equipment, while also delivering flooring, cardio, accessories and specialist elements. Ensuring consistency, quality and accountability throughout the project.

The Solution

IndigoFitness worked closely with the architects and Solo60 team from the earliest stages, taking a holistic approach that balanced performance, aesthetics and spatial efficiency.

Design & Layout
IndigoFitness supported the initial space planning and zoning to ensure each room functioned independently while complementing the wider facility. Layouts were refined to maximise capacity, flow and flexibility.

Bespoke Equipment & Storage
Custom RAZE Shadow Series racks, cable systems and storage units were designed specifically for each space. These solutions allowed accessories to be stored cleanly and accessibly, while acting as visual anchors within the rooms rather than clutter.

Personalisation & Branding
Branding was carried consistently across metalwork, upholstery and finishes, creating a refined, unmistakably Solo60 aesthetic.

Flooring Strategy
Enduraroll flooring was selected for the gym areas to deliver durability, acoustic control and visual continuity, while 20mm Enduratile was specified for the studio space to support high-impact training and class versatility.

The result was four rooms with distinct identities, unified by a shared design language and uncompromising attention to detail.
