IndigoFitness Strengthens Commitment to Armed Forces by Re-signing the Armed Forces Covenant
In a move towards supporting the UK Armed Forces community, IndigoFitness joined Warwickshire County Council, along with three other local authorities and eight other businesses, in re-signing the Armed Forces Covenant at a ceremony hosted at Shire Hall on November 6. This event underscored a community-wide commitment to those who serve, have served, and their families.
IndigoFitness has proudly re-signed the Armed Forces Covenant, reinforcing its commitment to support the Armed Forces community. As a UK-based manufacturing business with a dedication to social responsibility, IndigoFitness pledges to ensure that service members and veterans are treated fairly and with respect, not only within the company but across its wider supply chain.
This new commitment offers a robust framework for IndigoFitness to attract highly skilled and disciplined talent from the Armed Forces. With their specialised expertise and strong work ethic, veterans bring valuable experience to the workforce. Beyond its workforce, IndigoFitness is also extending support to veteran-owned businesses within our supply chain.
“Our support for the Armed Forces Covenant is far more than a gesture,” said Rob Coleman, Managing Director at IndigoFitness. “We are genuinely committed to building a more inclusive and supportive business environment for service members, veterans, and their families. It’s about doing the right thing while also gaining the invaluable strengths they bring to our company and partners.”
Through this covenant, IndigoFitness actively support service members and veteran-owned businesses, IndigoFitness not only expands its network but also solidifies its reputation as a socially conscious, veteran-friendly business.
