The National Fitness Games (NFG) for 2019 ended with the finals at Loughborough University on the 7th September. The NFG National Fitness Games is a team-based fitness competition like no other – it’s for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level, and features workouts designed by industry experts. Qualifying events had been held earlier in the year at Surrey Sports Park and at the Bodypower Expo at the NEC.
Indigo Fitness has been the strength equipment provider for NFG since the inaugural event in 2018, providing a wide range of equipment for each of the strength, endurance, velocity and force zones. Our durable UK manufactured rigs, with custom elements designed specifically for the NFG, and wide range of innovative strength and conditioning equipment such as PWR Bales, PWR Stones, PWR Kegs and the RAZE Renegade bike and rower, are ideal partners for the workouts featuring during the competition.
Kane Vincent (Deputy Head Teacher) and Brian Mottershead (PE Teacher) share the top 10 reasons why having a fitness suite in schools is essential and how you can measure its success.
