PaviFLEX is high-quality, durable, and versatile gym flooring that puts hygiene, safety, and sustainability at the core of its offering.
It’s a fantastic choice for those looking for something with a little more visual appeal than the standard black, or black with a coloured fleck, option. PaviFLEX tiles have up to 45 colours to choose from and materials and an unlimited ability to personalise with the inclusion of logos and functional markings.
PaviFLEX has been manufactured in Spain since 1983. They have a vast amount of experience in the development and production of rubber and EVA foam materials and have channelled this into the production of gym floor tiles.

Durability and Quality
All PaviFLEX tiles are produced using top quality, virgin rubber. They are high density, high grip, non-slip tiles, ideal for hybrid, functional, and studio training environments. Virgin rubber is extremely resilient – up to 6 times more resistant to wear than recycled tyre rubber. This is down to differences in its molecular structure and means that after years of use the tiles will show very little wear.
Hygiene
The tiles are non-porous, which means they are much more hygienic than tiles made using recycled materials. They are resistant to bacteria, inhibit microorganism reproduction, and don’t absorb water or sweat, avoiding unpleasant odours and facilitating easy cleaning.
Sustainability
PaviFLEX offers an ECO line of gym flooring, which uses recycled materials from their premium flooring lines, minimising waste and providing a circular economy solution. All tiles are also 100% recyclable at the of their lifecycle.
Environment
PaviFLEX tiles have a ‘low VOC’ emissions status, are formamide free and do not contain PAHs. The company is ‘vegan approved’ and RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) certified.
Safety
PaviFLEX tiles have achieved fire classification Cfl-s2 (EN 13501-1)
Easy Installation
The flooring comes in interlocking tiles that are easy to install without the need for glue, saving time and money.
Personalisation
PaviFLEX offers up to 45 colour options and design styles, and the ability to personalise flooring with logos and functional markings.

Premium Virgin Rubber Tiles
Fitness – 5mm thick
Ideal for use under cardio equipment, it helps decrease the noise and vibrations. Also great for Yoga studios as it provides thermal isolation, and the touch of the surface is comfortable to bare feet. Providing the right balance between density and hardness, it’s comfortable for floor exercises and stretching
Fitness Pro – 7mm thick
Perfect in studios and hybrid training areas, the Fitness Pro tile is high-grip and non-slip so is ideal for high intensity workouts. Durable enough for kettlebell and dumbbell activities, it’s also non-marking and has high resistance to wear, so will continue to look great for years to come.
Fitness Xtreme – 10mm thick
Designed to offer high performance in strength, weightlifting, and cross training areas. Fitness Xtreme has the optimum friction coefficient to obtain the best traction and the highest density to support exceptional impact absorption, with each tile weighing 15kg.

Eco Recycled Virgin Rubber Tiles
The PaviFLEX eco-friendly ECO tile is manufactured using scraps and offcuts from the premium flooring tiles, minimising waste and promoting a circular economy approach. Because of this, the ECO tile retains exactly the same properties of the premium tiles (durability, hygiene, safe, environmentally friendly), with the added benefit of knowing you are making an environmentally friendly choice. The only limitation is that it’s not available in such a wide range of colours and finishes.
Every tile is 1m x 1m square. There are 4 different thicknesses to choose from:
Fitness Eco – 5mm
Fitness Pro Eco – 7mm
Fitness Xtreme Eco – 10mm
Fitness Monster Eco – 14mm
Purposely designed to satisfy the most demanding requirements for heavy and intensive use in strength and free-weight areas. Each tile weighs 20kg. Also suitable for outdoor use.
TatamiPro
PaviFLEX TatamiPRO provides the perfect balance between impact absorption and bounce. It’s perfect for combat sports where you need a flooring surface to provide comfort under foot whilst also offering protection from falls.
It’s made from EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate ) foam, often referred to as foam rubber, which is a versatile foam material with a closed-cell structure. This closed-cell foam boasts properties like excellent shock absorption, moisture resistance, and resistance to chemicals. So, like the rest of the PaviFLEX range,, it’s hygienic as it doesn’t absorb any sweat, is resistant to bacteria growth, and is really easy to clean.
It is available in 10 different colours and two surface finishes; plain, and bubble surface which is higher grip. It’s also fully personable with logos, markings or designs.

Fitness BEAST
A dual-layered tile that combines the best materials to create a top performing solution for the most demanding of training environments.
The base layer (layer b) was developed specifically developed for improved impact absorption and reduction of noise and vibrations and features a high-density compact rubber. The surface layer (layer a) is virgin rubber and comes with all the properties and benefits of the PaviFLEX Fitness tiles.
Fitness BEAST is available in every colour and finish, including ECO finishes, and can still be personalised with any logo and functional marking.
If you want your facility to offer maximum performance in strength and weightlifting areas, without sacrificing design and aesthetics, then the Fitness BEAST tile is your ideal choice.
Available in 22mm or 32mm thickness
Personalisation
All PaviFLEX tiles and TurFLEX can be personalised with logos and functional markings.
The markings are made by inserting different colours of rubber into the tile, not by printing or painting, so the marking will never wear out or fade away. The same process is used for TurFLEX, using other colours of artificial grass.
PaviFLEX already have available a wide range of common functional markings to choose from, such as ladders, grids, hoops, and distance markers, but there is no limit to the designs that can be created to support your specific training programs.
TurFLEX
Premium artificial grass, perfect for sled training.
Developed to be hard wearing, TurFLEX features a dense, non-directional pile and is produced with polyethylene monofilament in Y shape, which allows maximum pile recovery. The filaments are expertly woven into a robust base layer, with more than 80.000 stitches per square meter.
The filament is also UV stabilised, which means it can be used outdoors without the fear of colours fading.
Produced in Spain, TurFLEX is available in green, blue, red and black. Personalised markings can be added in all these colours, plus white.
